"Winter is here, road visibility is usually low. To protect your car and yourself (from being hit at the back), always turn on the Tail Lights in the following situations:

-whenever the day light is dim or grey
-raining
-fogging
-snowing
-when the road is too "white' with snow
-entering underground parking or tunnel
-when you are facing the dazzling or dizzying sun at sun rise or sun set
-under strong sunlight ( this is the case in summer- the road could be too bright for driving.....)

Tail lights are important - Rules of defensive driving: you must be seen by other road users, not only at the front, BUT also from BEHIND.

Last, but not the least, remember to turn it off after you park your car."
